Luiz Pingueli Rosa is a Brazilian nuclear physicist, researcher and professor at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. He is also a scientific leader. He lives in the city of Rio de Janeiro.

One of Dr. Rosa's fields activity is renewable energy. He has also been scientifically and politically active in the field of nuclear energy.
