Bryan Brandenburg ,George Metos and Peter Adams in 1984. It was incorporated in the State of Utah onJuly 12 ,1985 byGeorge Metos with two investors (Michael Macris and Robert Burgener).Sculptured Software Inc. was acquired (in an all stock transaction) by
