Roman Catholicism in Rwanda

The Roman Catholic Church in Rwanda is part of the worldwide Roman Catholic Church, under the spiritual leadership of the Pope and curia in Rome.

There are just under four million Catholics in Rwanda - about two fifths of the total population. The country is divided into nine dioceses including one archdiocese.
