Georgia State is a station in the MARTA rail system located in the eastern part of Downtown Atlanta. The station is located within the James H. "Sloppy" Floyd State Office Building and was constructed concurrently with the building in the late 1970s. The station has exits located on Piedmont Avenue and Jesse Hill Jr. Drive (formerly Butler Street).
