There have been at least two treaties named the Treaty of Amity and Commerce:
* Treaty of Amity and Commerce (USA-France), signed 1778.
* Treaty of Amity and Commerce (USA-Japan), also known as the Harris Treaty, signed 1858.
* Treaty of Amity and Commerce (USA-Sweden), signed 1783
* Treaty of Amity and Commerce (USA-Venetian Republic), signed 1784
* Treaty of Amity and Commerce (UK-Siam), signed 1826.
