Andrea Eva Libman (born July 19, 1984 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada) is a Canadian actress and voice actor.

Her most popular on-screen appearances are on the "Little Women" movie, "Andre" and a guest-role on "The X-Files", while her best known voice-works are "Dragon Ball", "Madeline (taking the role of the lead character from Tracey Lee Smyth in 1995 and holding on to it until My Fair Madeline in 2002), in which the role was passed on to Chantal Strand))", the season three version of X-23 in ', "ReBoot" and Emmy from "Dragon Tales". She is currently voicing Harmony Bear from '.
