nihongo|Hokkaido Air System Co., Ltd.|株式会社北海道エアシステム|Kabushiki-gaisha Hokkaidō Ea Shisutemu, or HAC, is an airline based in Chitose, Hokkaidō, Japan. It operates scheduled domestic services in Hokkaidō.cite news | title= Directory: World Airlines | work= Flight International | page= 91 | date= 2007-04-03] Its main base is Okadama Airport in Sapporo, although its actual headquarters are at New Chitose Airport outside the city.

History

The airline was established in 1997 and started operations in 1998. Founded as a joint venture, it was an affiliate of Japan Air System until that airline consolidated into Japan Airlines. "Japan Airlines".] Hokkaido Air System is owned by Japan Airlines Domestic (51%) and Hokkaidō regional government (49%).
