Shari Redstone is president of National Amusements, vice-chairperson of CBS Corporation and Viacom, and on December 21, 2007 became Chairperson of Midway Games. Through National Amusements, Shari Redstone and her family are majority owners of CBS Corporation, Viacom, et al.

She is the daughter of Sumner Redstone and Phyllis Gloria Raphael, sister of Brent Redstone, granddaughter of Michael Redstone (who changed his name from Michael Rothstein), and 1975 graduate of Tufts University. She has three children with her former husband, Grand Rabbi Yitzhak Aharon Korff. The marriage ended in divorce.

Ms. Redstone and her father have feuded publicly over issues of corporate governance and the future of the cinema chain.
