Boban Babunski

Boban Babunski (Macedonian Cyrillic: Бобан Бабунски) (born May 5, 1968 in Skopje, Yugoslavia) is a Yugoslav and Macedonian football coach and former player. He is married and has two boys.

He was capped two times for Yugoslavia in 1991. Between 1993 and 2000 he played 23 matches and scored 1 goal for the Republic of Macedonia national football team.

On club level Babunski played in the Republic of Macedonia, Bulgaria, Spain, Japan, Greece and Germany.

Boban Babunski served as assistant coach for the Republic of Maceodnia national team manager Slobodan Santrač. When Santrač resigned on 23 August 2005 Babunski was appointed caretaker manager. On 17 February 2006, Srečko Katanec took over the job on a permanent basis.

On the 23rd of July, Babunski was signed as head coach of Skopje football club and current Macedonian champions, FC Rabotnicki.
