Spanish National Liberation Front

Spanish National Liberation Front (in Spanish: "Frente Español de Liberación Nacional") was a Spanish antifascist opposition group based in Belgium and France, founded in 1964. The group was led by Julio Álvarez del Vayo. [http://www.biografiasyvidas.com/biografia/a/alvarez_del_vayo.htm]
