Andre Verne Marrou (born December 4 1938) is an American political figure, affiliated with the Libertarian Party.

Born in Nixon, Texas, he graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1962.

One of twelve Libertarians to be elected to a state legislature, Marrou served in the Alaska House of Representatives for one term, from 1984 to 1986.
