"Bright Idea" is second single by Californian rock band Orson taken from their 2006 debut album of the same name. It was released on May 15, 2006, two weeks before the album came out. The song entered at #28 on downloads only, before climbing 17 spots the next week to #11. Opening week sales for the single were 12,090, and it went on to sell over 62,500 copies in the UK.
