Thomas Erwin McMillan (born September 13, 1951, in Richmond, Virginia) was a Major League Baseball shortstop. He is an alumnus of Jacksonville University.

Drafted by the Cleveland Indians in the 2nd round of the 1973 MLB amateur draft, McMillan made his Major League Baseball debut with the Seattle Mariners on September 17, by|1977, and appear in his final game on September 21, 1977.

McMillan was a member of the inaugural Seattle Mariners team that began playing in 1977.
