"One Cup" is an Australian short documentary film, produced and released by Scarab Studio & Mutiny Media.

Filmed in the mountains of Timor-Leste January 2006, "One Cup" offers insight into the struggles of coffee farming in the poorest country in Asia. Among the everyday difficulties described by coffee producer communities, health concerns are paramount.

Featuring then Foreign Minister José Ramos-Horta, Oxfam Program Director Keryn Clark and scores of Timorese coffee farmers, One Cup illustrates the benefits offered by the international Fair Trade system. One Cup is a reminder of the ever increasing need for support for the millions of third and developing world farmers across the globe.

Unlike the documentary film "Black Gold" (2006), which looks at the issues around Fair Trade "One Cup" tends to more show the positive benefits of the Fair Trade system, a positive balance to the other film.
