"Until You Come Back to Me (That's What I'm Gonna Do)" is the name of a song written by Morris Broadnax, Clarence Paul, and Stevie Wonder. The song was originally recorded by Stevie Wonder in the 1960s, but his version did not appear on an album until 1977's "Anthology". The most well-known version of this song was done by Aretha Franklin, who had a top 10 hit on both the Billboard Hot 100 and Billboard's R&B chart in 1973. It was #1 on the R&B charts and #3 on the Hot 100 charts in 1974. The song's lyrics tell of a person who has been abandoned by their love interest, but who will continue to attempt to contact and win back that person until s/he returns.
