Spaghetti and meatballs is a dish that usually consists of spaghetti, tomato sauce and meatballs.

A staple of Italian-American cuisine, spaghetti and meatballs is a combination originating in 19th century Sicily and Puglia. It is considered obsolete in early 21st century southern Italy.
