Highway 637 is a secondary highway in the Canadian province of Ontario. Located in the Sudbury District, the highway connects Highway 69 to the primary townsite of Killarney, 67 kilometres away, and to Killarney Provincial Park.

The highway was constructed in 1962. [ [http://www.rainbowcountry.com/regions/manitoulin/mnc_region.html Rainbow Country Travel Association] ] Prior to its construction, the community of Killarney relied primarily on water transport via Georgian Bay and the North Channel.

The intersection of Highway 637 and Highway 69 is located along a sharp S-curve in Highway 69's current alignment, which renders the approaching intersection virtually invisible to northbound traffic. An ongoing series of fatal car accidents has been cited by residents of the area, as well as residents of Sudbury, as an important factor in favour of the northward extension of Highway 400 to Sudbury. Early construction is now underway on a realignment of the curve, which will see a new two-lane route constructed along the future freeway alignment beginning in 2008, with a right-of-way left in place for the second set of lanes to be completed as the continuing four-lane construction reaches the area [ [http://www.mndm.gov.on.ca/mndm/pub/newrel/documents/2005_hwy69_actionplan_e.pdf Highway 69 Action Plan] , MTO.] .
