Adele Mara (born April 28 1923), also known as Adelaide Delgado, is an American actress, active in the mid 20th-century, most famous for her roles in the films "Angel in Exile" (1948), "Sands of Iwo Jima" (1950), and Don Siegel's "Count the Hours" (1953).

Born in Highland Park, Michigan, of Spanish descent, she was married to television writer/producer Roy Huggins and appeared as a dancer in two episodes of his 1957 television series "Maverick".

Modern viewers will recognize Mara is a receptionist in the Three Stooges film "I Can Hardly Wait" (1943).
