Sunland Group

The Sunland Group Limited (ASX: SDG) is an Australian development company based in Surfers Paradise, Queensland working in the residential, commercial, retail, funds management and hotel industry segments. The Sunland Group built the Palazzo Versace Hotel and Q1 Tower in Queensland, Australia's tallest building and the world's tallest residential tower as at the date of completion. Circle on Cavill are twin towers, completed in 2007, right in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Some refer to Circle on Cavill as Cirque du Soheil after a key Sunland identity, Soheil Abedian.

Sunland is currently expanding its operations internationally with significant projects in Dubai including D1 (the sister building to Q1 Tower and the world's second Palazzo Versace Hotel.
