"Hit Parader" is an American music magazine focusing on the genres of hard rock and heavy metal.

The magazine was originally started by Charlton Publications in 1943. Charlton sold off the magazine in the 1980s before the company went under in 1991. It is mentioned in the Guns N' Roses song "Get In The Ring", where it is criticized for "printing lies instead of the things [Guns N' Roses said] " and "ripping off the kids paying with their hard earned money to read about the bands they want to hear about, printing lies, starting controversy."

In an interview that was featured in VH1's Behind the Music featuring Quiet Riot, lead singer Kevin DuBrow said "Do you know, theres one thing really good thing about Hit Parader magazine. When I run out of toilet paper, I got the perfect replacement".
