Amanda Louise Rishworth (born 10 July 1978) is the Australian Labor Party MP for electorate of Kingston having won her seat in the 2007 federal election.

She is a practicing psychologist and has worked as an organiser and trainer for the Shop Distributive and Allied Employees Association, and has served as president of Australian Young Labor. She studied psychology at Flinders University, where she served on the Union. Rishworth was previously a Labor candidate for the 2006 state election in the electoral district of Fisher, and was defeated by sitting independent Bob Such, although she did record a significant swing against the Liberal candidate. Key issues that Rishworth campaigned on included the lack of broadband access in the electorate, as well as the shortage of doctors.
