The Mackay Gas Turbine is located in West Mackay, Queensland, Australia. It is oil powered with one gas turbine with a capacity of 34 MW of electricity.

The Mackay Gas Turbine was commissioned in 1975. It is only operated for short periods as a peak electricity supply when demand is very high.
