Mindpearl AG (previously known as Qualiflyer Customer Care Centres) say they supply "outsourced client communication solutions". [Call centres??]

They were originally owned by the SwissAir Group; however in 2005 Lufthansa confirmed its plan to take over Swiss, starting with a minority stake. The actual takeover of the entire group is predicted to be concluded in 2007.

Their core business is within the aviation industry with such customers as Swiss International Airlines, Vueling and Finnair. However in recent years they have branched out to include other sectors such as car rental giants Avis and at one time provided support for the online entertainment provider PokerRoom.com

Today Mindpearl have offices and contact centers in Cape Town, Barcelona and Brisbane and provide support for numerous sectors with multi-lingual support.
