Indian Head (coord|25|0|S|153|22|E [Gazetteer of Australia | name = Indian Head | id = 138337] ) is a coastal headland on the eastern (ocean) side of Fraser Island in Queensland, Australia.
The headland was named by Captain Cook when he passed it on the evening of 19 May 1770, for the aboriginal people he saw assembled there. The indian head is located at the end of 75 mile beach.
