Ivar Skulstad

Ivar Skulstad

Ivar Arne Skulstad (born 16 May 1953) is a Norwegian politician representing the Labour Party. Born in Eidskog, he was been the mayor of that municipality from 1999 to 2007. Since 2005 he has been reserve representative of Hedmark in the Storting, taking Sylvia Brustad's seat after her appointment as cabinet minister.
