Hojai is a city and a municipal board in Nagaon district in the Indian state of Assam. The place has an immense potential to set it's mark in sub-urban consumer product market. Quite a large part of central Assam,Indiadepends on Hojai and its consumer products. This has led to a sub-urban wealthy population in Hojai which is hard to find anywhere in a sub-urban India. The place has boosted a solid education environment as well. Quite a few natives of this place has been able to set their mark in higher education in the nation and abroad.
