Graham Bell (skier)

Graham Bell (skier)

Graham Bell (born 1966) was a professional skier in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Graham Bell was the younger and less successful of the two Bell brothers from Britain. He was the silver medalist in downhill at the 1984 World Junior Championships. At his peak he reached 86th in the FIS world rankings. Graham Bell was noted as a downhill specialist. Career highs included being British Ski Champion eight times and representing Britain at the Winter Olympics five times.

Since retiring in 1998 Graham has become a pundit on both BBC and ITV sports coverage and was appointed Snow Sprot GB performance director in 1999. Not only has Graham expressed his views as a pundit on winter sports during Torino Winter Olympics in 2006, he has co-presented ITV4's Tour de France coverage. As of 2007, Graham presents Ski Sunday alongside Ed Leigh.
