North Eurasia

North Eurasia often refers to^{[citation needed]} the aggregate of

• European countries lying north of ones adjacent to Mediterranean and Black Sea area;
• Russia (except for the Northern Caucasus area);
• Asian countries and regions like Kazakhstan, Greater Mongolia, Korea, Xinjiang, Manchuria and northern Japan.

Europe is a continent immediately connected with Asia. Some countries (Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkey and Georgia) belong to both continents.
