NCAA Women's Lacrosse Championship
2005 Championship between the Virginia Cavaliers and Northwestern Wildcats

The annual NCAA Women's Lacrosse Championship tournament determines the top women's lacrosse team in the NCAA Division I, Division II, and Division III.

This tournament is a single elimination competition that has determined the women's lacrosse collegiate national champion since 1982 for Division I, 1985 for Division III, and 2001 for Division II.
