United States presidential election in Nebraska, 2004

Nebraska, a rural Great Plains state, is a Republican and conservative stronghold. Hence, voters here gave an overwhelming victory to George W. Bush, who won more than twice the share of vote won by his challenger, John F. Kerry. The president even increased his margin of victory, from 29% in 2000 to 33% in 2004.
