Oswaldo da Silva, commonly known as "Baltazar" (born in Santos, January 14, 1926 – died in São Paulo, March 25, 1997) was a Brazilian footballer, who played the striker role, nicknamed by fans "Cabecinha de Ouro" ("Golden Head").

In his career (1943-1959) he played for União Monte Alegre, Jabaquara, Corinthians, Juventus and União Paulista and for Brazilian team who participated in the 1950 FIFA World Cup and 1954 FIFA World Cup, he played in 4 matches and scored 3 goals. He died aged 71 years old.
