He often casts from a regular troupe of Vermont actors includingTantoo Cardinal and Rusty DeWees, but has also worked withRip Torn andKris Kristofferson . Craven also runs Kingdom County Productions, his own production company. Jay Craven is married to Bess O'Brien who is also a co-founder of Kingdom County Productions.Craven attended
