Winston Ingram is a fictional character from the BBC Scotland sitcom, "Still Game". The character previously appeared in the sketch show, "Chewin' the Fat"; both incarnations have been played by comedian Paul Riley.

Winston is known for his attempts to make money and for his short temper caused by his many enemies. His worst enemy is Stevie the Bookie, who delights in Winston losing his bets. Winston has a grudge against him since he fled Craiglang to avoid paying Winston a large sum of money. When Stevie returned posing as his brother Frankie, Winston soon found out his true identity with help from his friend, Tam Mullen.

Despite his clear aggravation at Isa's constant gossip, he feigns a relationship with her in order to fend off her ex-husband Harry who was begging her for money. This relationship however continued but ended when Isa realised that Winston was only in it for the food she makes.

Winston's other schemes have included hooking everyone up in Craiglang with illegal means of getting free electricity, building a garden at the top of the flats, Turning Navid's into a catering business in his absensce, Building his own cheap TV, pretending to be the owner of the Clansman in Boabby's absensce in order to get free drink and inviting people to Victor's hogmany party without asking.

Another habit of Winston's is feigning illness to get more money from the DHSS. In "Scones" his pension is stopped because he continued claiming after recovering from his illness. Winston again fooled the DHSS by pretending to have a sore foot, also getting him a home help, but she soon finds him out. Eventually Winston gets to claim money for a true injury when his foot is amputated because he smoked too much when he was younger.

Winston even tries to gain money through honest means by getting a job. In "Big Yin" he gets a job at Food Fare but eventually quits when a fellow employee harasses him. In "Seconds Out" he gets a job at the new pizza shop. In his youth he worked in Yarrows Shipyard.

Winston has 2 grandsons. He tries training Joe up for boxing in "Flittin'" and he tries to keep Thomas under control when his daughter goes on holiday with her husband.

Winston decided to move to Finport in "All the Best", but soon decided to return to Craiglang in "Saucy". He lives in the house above the disabled man Joe.
