Renaud Denoix de Saint Marc (born September 24, 1938) is a French lawyer.
From April 23, 1995, he served as head (vice-president [The head of the Council of State is its vice-president. The nominal president is the Prime Minister, but this is an honorific function.] ) of the French Council of State as vice-president up to his retirement on September 25, 2006. He was educated at "Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po)" then at the "École Nationale d'Administration". He entered the Council of State in 1964.
