The park's Ferris wheel, which was never used [cite web|url=http://www.detnews.com/2005/nation/0510/07/A14-338779.htm|title=Ghostly Chernobyl now hot with tourism - 10/06/05|accessdate=2007-11-04] , still stands today as a poignant reminder of the massive human effect of the disaster.
