Sde Nitzan

Sde Nitzan

Sde Nitzan ( _he. שדה ניצן, lit. "Field of Flowers") is a moshav located near Beersheba in the northern Negev desert in Israel. Now a major producer of roses for export to America, the moshav was established shortly after the Six-Day War by the grandson of the Yiddish author I.L. Peretz in an attempt to attract English-speaking settlers, particularly from America.
