*Sir John Assheton, 4th Baronet (extinct on his death)

Assheton of Middleton, Lancs (17 August 1660)

:Created in the Baronetage of England.

*Sir Ralph Assheton, 2nd Baronet
*Sir Ralph Assheton, 3rd Baronet (extinct on his death)

Assheton Baronets of Downham, Lancashire (4 September 1945)

:Created in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom.
*Sir Ralph Cokayne Assheton, 1st Baronet
*Sir Ralph Assheton, 2nd Baronet. He had previously been created Baron Clitheroe in 1955 with which title the baronetcy remains merged.
