Wisconsin's 3rd congressional district is a congressional district of the United States House of Representatives covering much of southwestern Wisconsin; it is the second-largest congressional district in Wisconsin [http://www.house.gov/kind/district.shtml] . The district's current representative is Democrat Ron Kind.
