Kennedy was assassinated in, desecrated with various other brutal historic items (most notably, the theater chair that Abraham Lincoln was sitting in when he was assassinated, installed in place of the driver's seat) and enrolls him in a "Dethderby" to demolish other cars so he can literally "destroy United States history."

Their soporific lullaby works until Murderface's newly reactivated Dethphone rings. The troll, newly enraged, destroys their instruments. Murderface promptly loses reception and throws his barbed and bladed Dethphone down the Mustakrakish's throat, whereupon the troll gruesomely eviscerates itself in a desperate and frantic attempt to to get the Dethphone out by pulling its own entrails out through its mouth, killing itself. His hands are encased in solid crystal oxygenating hand-acquariums as a precaution prior to the show. In an attempt to remove them, he lubricates his hands with barbecue sauce before licking them. He then realizes that the sauce contains cilantro which he is allergic to. His hands and tongue swell up immediately before the live show. Needless to say, his explanations are unintelligible (more so than usual) and his fingers are completely unable to perform. However, due to his overwhelming popularity, he is determined to "reinvent the instrument" and fans mimic his moves by stroking the guitar with stiff fingers.

General Crozier recommends immediate action to demobilize Dethklok, but is silenced by Mr. Selatcia. Afterwards, Crozier and Cardinal Ravenwood meet to discuss Selatcia. They form a secret alliance for the upcoming "operation." Murderface then tries several different religions. He visits a Christian rock concert. He attends a mass at the Church of the Atheists before it is interrupted by Agnostic picketers. He also tries a Satanic mass where the preacher attempts to summon the four demons of the apocalypse. Rather than chase him as he escapes, Ofdensen orders the Klokateers to follow him so they can see where he goes. Rockso returns the documents to General Crozier and Cardinal Ravenwood.

He concedes, but before he has the opportunity, she falls down several flights of stairs and is knocked into a coma. He replies that because he wants a return on his investment, that he will push forward with the "500 million dollar shit sandwich, and you are all going to take a bite." As Dethklok leaves in their helicopter, it accidentally damages the oil platform the premiere was on, starting a fire which incinerates the audience, producer, and all copies of the film. Since the producer had previously written all the reviews for the film before it was even finished, Business News Weekly's front page reads, "World's Greatest Movie Destroyed!"

During the show, Skwisgaar accidentally sprays mace in the eyes of one of the mech's drivers, and it smashes into the nearby prison releasing hundreds of prisoners, including the famous cannibalistic baby-murderer Alfred Belmer. The chase ends when they ram their car into a police blockade. They are arrested, but their judge says they will not be found guilty if they get their licences and do some charity work. Offdensen proposes that Murderface produce the charity event as Skwisgaar and Toki take lessons. Murderface plans to create a "Nascar-type Theatrical Hybrid Event", though he never elaborates on exactly what this will entail. He eventually has to speak at a press conference to explain. He gets nervous and Pickles gives him a "special pill" that "slows down your heart" but has Speed, Angel dust, a hint of coke, and a splash of acid to counteract the low. Murderface not surprisingly has an enormously powerful reaction to the pill as he does not possess Pickles' near immunity to drugs. He twitches and drools through his press conference. Meanwhile, Skwisgaar and Toki fail their driving lessons after refusing to drive out of fear. At the Nascar event, Murderface, who is still delusional, rubs his butt on the racetrack as the cars race by, causing an accident. Then the nameless fan from episode "Dethvengeance" plants a bomb under a chair in the store, and runs out before the store is destroyed. The tribunal then reviews the incident, revealing that it is being repeated around the country. The culprits are the Revengencers; the Metal Masked Assassin, Edgar Jomfru, and the teenager. Dethklok reluctantly plans a charity concert for the fans maimed in the attacks, despite each member of the band simultaneously suffering from a summer cold. Before they attend the concert, they visit a doctor about their colds. He recommends they use a sauna. There, they experiment with folk remedies such as leeches and blood letting, nearly killing them. Finally, as they perform at the charity concert, Edgar attempts to assassinate them with a rifle. He is discovered by the Dethklok fans who attack him. In the chaos, the Metal Masked Assassin ambushes Offdensen after disguising as a Klokateer. While watching an episode of "Where are they now now? [sic]" Pickles discovers that his former band, Snakes 'n Barrels, has reformed with a new lead singer, Rikki Kixx, and are preparing for the SOBERTOWN USA No Drugs Allowed Sober Rock and Roll Show. Kixx owns a Rehab center for celebrities, including Leonard Rockstein (formerly Dr. Rockso), who is hosting show. Murderface plans to register the name of his band, Planet Piss, so he doesn't end up like Pickles. The tribunal then reveals that Kixx' takeover of Snakes 'n' Barrels is a result of the intentional malleability of the band resulting from the consumption of the mind-control agent "Totally Awesome Sweet Alabama Liquid Snake." The drug also has another side effect; it causes blue phosphorus snakes to shoot from every orifice of the user's body, causing them to go mad with rage, when they are exposed to bright lights, loud sounds, and pyrotechnics. Later, Toki registers every internet domain for "planetpiss." It is then revealed that Rikki Kixx is not really passionate about sobriety, it was forced on him legally, and his only motivation for promoting it is to deny the world the pleasures he can no longer enjoy. He details this to a servant before brutally murdering him. Dethklok travels to LA to attend the concert so that Pickles can confront his former band. At the concert, Toki is harassed by an annoying Snakes 'n' Barrels fan while Murderface discovers that Toki has taken all the Planet Piss domains. Pickles bribes his way to Snakes 'n' Barrels but is unable to convince them not to perform with Kixx. Rockso is tempted by drugs and has to face his inner clown. As the concert ignites the phosphorus snakes in the band, Toki starts beating the annoying fan and Rockso epicly relapses. Murderface confronts Toki about the domain names, but after witnessing the savage beating the fan just got, decides to let it go. The phosphoros snakes cause disturbing spectres at the concert. Rockstein after finding a stash of drugs confiscated from fans is again tempted by his clown persona to use the drugs and gives in, the result being "Dr. Rockso" is back. The audience after hearing Rockso shout "I DO COCAINE!" drinks furiously in response, defeating the purpose of the SOBERTOWN USA No Drugs Allowed Sober Rock and Roll Show. A group of terrorists steal a 10 megaton nuclear bomb and threaten to detonate it unless there was word of a new album soon. Dethklok, under great pressure, rushes to complete the album. They run into difficulties, such as buzzing whenever Skwisgaar touches his guitar while on the ground. On Dick Knubbler's suggestion, Skwisgaar records his album while free-falling from a helicopter before parachuting to the ground. Toki, who is studying music production so that he can record a song with Murderface, accidentally deletes Skwisgaar's recording, forcing him to do it all again. Nathan attempts to enhance the metalness of his vocals by wearing a medieval suit of armor. Toki and Murderface record a song "Takin' it easy" and attempt to pitch it to the band. Fortunately it is decidedly unmetal, and soundly rejected. The band then continues working on the Dethklok album, and fueled by French toast, they complete it in time to save the world from catastrophe. It is announced to the world through smoke emitting from Mordhaus' chimney, a reference to the Papal election process

Toki and Skwisgaar are looking at a video, that Nathan recommended, of a man sucking his own penis. They conclude that everything they do is really an attempt to get someone else to do that for them, and if they could do it themselves, they would retire from music. Murderface interrupts this discussion with a fire drill, as he was recently promoted to Fire Chief of the band in a clean sweep (unopposed) election. We then see Mr. Selatcia and Vater Orlaag discussing General Crozier's recent promotion to chief of all US military operations. Orlaag refers to Selatcia as "master" before asking what they will do about Crozier, to which Selatcia responds, "I will enlighten him." Then, a meeting of world leaders gets briefed on Dethklok. Dethklok is now the world's 7th largest economy and the underdeveloped countries are dependent on the band to release their new album to stimulate those nations' economy again. This is threatened by a terrorist group called The Revengencers who General Crozier promises on his life to stop. While the Klokateers prepare for the release of the new album, the members of Dethklok attempt to suck their own penises. Meanwhile, the Revengencers form an alliance with Lavona Succuboso. Offdensen tests the defenses of Mordhaus, including a new energy shield around Mordhaus. He also readies an elite squad of Klockateers for battle. Then, immediately before the release, Offdensen finds each member of Dethklok in his room, laying on his shoulders attempting to force his own penis into his mouth. After the concert, the band holds a party at Mordhaus, which is ended by the Revengencers' attack. They use an energy weapon against the Mordhaus shields and then against Mordhaus itself. Offedensen launches his squad of Klokateers while Murderface uses his extensive experience as Fire Chief to lead people inside Mordhaus to safety. Pickles and Skwisgaar rush to save the master copy of the record they just recorded and Nathan starts dragging a thoroughly drunk Toki out to safety. The Revengencers send their brainwashed minions into Mordhaus. The minions start indiscriminately killing Dethklok fans and attack Pickles and Skwisgaar. General Crozier watches the chaos from a helicopter. Lavona attacks Nathan while Offdensen rushes to take out the energy weapon. Skwisgaar and Pickles successfully fend off the minions using their instruments as weapons. Nathan kisses Lavona before she knees him in the crotch. Just before she can use the Loin Extractor on him, Toki smashes one of his vodka bottles on her head, leaving her unconscious. Offedensen's charge on the energy weapon takes heavy casualties but successfully destroys the weapon. He then attempts to escape on a hover-cycle with the Metal Masked Assassin in hot pursuit. The nameless teenager shoots Offdensen with a crossbow. He lands on the ground, incapacited. Crozier then knocks out the teenager with the butt of a shotgun, before being confronted by Orlaag and Selatcia. Selatcia then says, "I'm going to show you something because you need to know" before placing his hand on Crozier's forehead. We then see through Crozier's eyes flashes of five planets and stone tablets representing the five members of Dethklok, as well as a figure reminiscent of Selatcia wearing elaborate bone armor, while a voice ominously says, "You are mine now." Selatcia and Orlaag disappear, leaving Crozier whose eyes are now glowing red. Edgar Jomfru corners Skwisgaar and Pickles with a shotgun, prompting Pickles to admit that he managed to suck his own penis and because of this he is prepared to die. Edgar remembers his life before his brother's death, when he lived for Dethklok and is unable to pull the trigger before being set upon and mercilessly beaten by Klokateers. Meanwhile, Offdensen is being furiously beaten by the assassin, who does not kill him immediately, explaining, "I want you to stay alive as I torture you, I want you to feel the pain." Nathan incapacitates him with a flaming log, saying, "That's my bread and butter you're fucking with." The band has survived, but Offdensen's injuries may be too severe for him to survive, and Mordhaus is burnt to the ground.

Dethklok faces life without Offdensen, who has passed away as a result of his injuries at the hands of the Metal Masked Assassin. Mordhaus is now a floating fortress and is undergoing heavy renovations to repair the damage from the Revengencers attack, but due to the band's inability to manage their finances they find themselves in a financial crisis. The band plans the most expensive concert in history to herald their return, but run afoul of their record label's president's son, who wishes to get revenge for an incident at the beginning of Dethklok's career, in which Nathan Explosion punched him over a verbal insult. The concert begins as planned, but the CEO's son literally pulls the plug on Dethklok and refuses to let them continue until they renegotiate their contract on terms much more favorable to the label. Just as Nathan prepares to sign the new contract, Charles Offdensen appears, apparently back from the dead, and tells Dethklok that they should continue with the show and that he will take care of the contract. After the band finishes their concert, Offdensen explains that he had himself pronounced dead at the scene (at the end of Season 2), and that there was something he had to do, and that he will tell Dethklok about it when the time is right.

Facing public scrutiny following brash statements made by Murderface at a press conference, Dethklok decides to lift their worldwide ban on Dethklok tribute bands. While exercising their right to approve or disapprove of any tribute act the band discovers that Toki has been posing as Skwisgaar in a tribute band called Thunderhorse. Trying to distance themselves from celebrity status and re-connect with normal people, Dethklok decides to join Thunderhorse, in the process kicking out all the original members. They learn the enormous amount of suffering garage bands go through, from starvation to sleep deprivation. They finally crack when Ofdensen asks them to return to mordhaus.

After a near-death experience, Dethklok must face the brutality of going to a doctor. They attempt to get good checkup results by cleansing their bodies by drinking bleach, giving Nathan horrible nightmares about his teeth. Nathan visits a dentist while the rest of Dethklok goes to the doctor. During the visit, Murderface accidentally ejaculates on a doctor's face. Afterwards, the checkup results show that Pickles has a terminal illness. Murderface then confronts the doctor about his experience, and finds that the doctor is flirting with him, establishing that the doctor is gay and thus nullifying any possibility that Murderface is gay. Nathan finally gets his teeth worked on by a suicidal dentist. More lab results come back and reveal that Pickles is not dying as he switched his urine sample with Murderface who switched his pee with Skwisgaar who switched his pee with Nathan who switched his pee with Toki who switched his pee with his cat, which is actually dead. The band entombs the cat in a gigantic feline statue and places it next to the Great Pyramids of Egypt. The sand gives way under the enormous metal figure and it falls over on top of the Sphinx, crushing it. Finally, Nathan befriends his dentist and goes on a hunting trip with him. Then the dentist says, "Check this out", before placing his shotgun in his own mouth and blowing his head off.

After many paternity lawsuits, Skwisgaar decides that he should find his father. Several thousand men came forward, claiming to be Skwisgaar's father as they had sex with his mother, but DNA testing finds no match. Meanwhile, much to Pickle's jealousy, Murderface steps up to be a father figure to Skwisgaar. He then receives a message from his mother, Surfetta, saying she found his father. Skwisgaar quits the band and moves back to Sweden. There, he discovers that Surfetta was referring to his new stepfather, as opposed to his biological father. He becomes annoyed at their constant making out, and eventually snaps. He shoves his stepfather onto a glass table, shattering it. Back at Mordhaus, the band seems to crumble without having Skwisgaar there. They decide to go to Sweden and get Skwisgaar back. In Sweden, Skwisgaar apologizes to his stepfather, and begins working in a lumberyard with him. Later on that night, Skwisgaar is at the pub when the other members of the band walk in. He says he is not coming back, and that he is finally happy. Before they leave, Nathan tells him that he is a god and he won't be able to live with regular people. When going home that night with his stepfather, they walk in the house to find Surfetta having sex with two men. Skwisgaar's stepfather runs away, and when Skwisgaar feels that he is without a dad again, he runs into the forest. He realizes that what Nathan said is true, that he isn't a regular person, but he is a guitar god. He runs back to the band, saying he's coming with them. Murderface begins acting like a father again, and told Pickles "Get out, you belong in a garbage can", much like Pickle's real father told him many years ago. Pickles begins to beat up Murderface, and Toki joins in. The episode ends with Skwisgaar returning to the band.

The band gives him with several women to sleep with, but Toki declines and instead begins the search for a soul mate using a dating service; his search goes horribly wrong, and in the end he has sex with all the woman the rest of the band gave him on his birthday. Meanwhile, Murderface, fed up with his sexual performance, bets Skwisgaar that he can sleep with more women than Skwisgaar can. Murderface loses the bet, ends up with a bent and broken penis, and faces a sexual harassment suit after harassing a female Kloketeer.

Toki and Murderface are put on probation after their frivolous lawsuit against the other band members regarding residuals is dismissed and their contribution to the band is called into question. While on probation, Toki and Murderface act as celebrity guest judges on "American Super Talent Havers" to make some extra money. On the show, they judge a nu metal band known as Get Thee Hence and like the group so much that they decide to start their own record label called MurderTooth Records and sign Get Thee Hence as their first and only band. While Toki and Murderface learn the horrors of managing a band, Pickles, Nathan, and Skwisgaar are unhappy with their new 47 songs because it lacks negativity. In the end, the band realizes that they liked the band the way it was and reconcile. The episode ends with a Dethklok concert with Get Thee Hence as an opening act. An angry audience rushes the stage, attacks, and possibly murders Get Thee Hence as DethKlok watches in horror.

After an accident at a show in Mozambique that seemed to be caused by Pickle's drinking and cost millions of dollars in damage, Pickles is forced to go to rehabilitation. While in rehab, the band replaces Pickles at practice with a high tech, sentient drum machine named X2P1158 which is inexplicably armed with a 10,000 megaton self detonation device. At the rehab center, Malevolent Creation, Pickles is rehabilitated through steps 1 through 11 leaving only step 12 which requires him to forgive his brother whom he hates because he blames his brother for his drinking. When Pickles returns to the band, he discovers that he has been replaced by X2P1158 until he finishes the 12th step and forgives his brother. In the meantime, X2P1158 becomes self-aware through alcohol, drugs and sex with groupies, an event its creators warned against. Pickles forgives his brother while at dinner at Outback Steakhouse, who immediately extorts 5 million dollars from him. When the band informs X2P1158 who they have recently come to dislike, the drum machine go haywire and kidnaps the band, locking them in a van and starts its self detonation sequence while attached to the vehicle. Pickles, deciding that to save the band, drinks alcohol and consequently gains a Popeye-like strength which allows him to bust out of the room that X2P1158 has locked him in. Pickles saves the band, destroying X2P1158 in the process.

Toki tries to reunite Rockzo's band, and make his life more successful by investing all of Dethklok's vacation fund into the ultimate Zazz Blammymatazz reunion. Dethklok becomes actively engaged to the success of the concert due to the fact that Toki wasted all of the band's vacation fund for their trip to Disneyland on the concert. It is revealed that this is at least the 4th attempt to reunite Zazz Blammymatazz. The other reunion concerts were canceled for a multitude of reasons, usually revolving around Rockzo's drug addictions. We also learn that Toki has an irrational fear of bicentennial quarters, and why he is so forgiving of Rockzo. The band tries everything to get people to go to the concert, including putting up posters, setting up interviews with the media, and Murderface even scalps tickets. During one final interview, Dr. Rockzo's past is revealed, his original fall was caused by a love affair he had with a 14 year old girl named "Dory McLean" in 1981. This causes Rockzo to run away, and hide in a crackhouse. Toki as a result falls into a deep emotional depression. Rockzo attempts suicide by snorting a powerful drug, but the band manages to find and save Rockzo from certain death. Rockzo plays the concert; everything runs smoothly until Murderface shows Toki all the money he got from scalping tickets (consisting mostly of quarters). Toki freaks out and accidentally sets fire to the stage. Many die, but in the end Dethklok make their money back, and Rockzo is reunited with Dory Mclean.

Growing annoyed with Offdensen's neglecting them in favor of work, Dethklok unwittingly double-books a gig in both Israel and Syria, putting the entire world in danger. Offdensen gets visibly angry and yells at the band for the first time in the entire series, going so far as to order them out of the room while conducting a planning session trying to fix the mess the band has created. The Tribunal initiates its "Falconback Project", and it is revealed that Offdensen witnessed Mr. Selatcia brainwashing General Crozier in "Black Fire Upon Us" and may know not only of the Falconback Project, but Selatcia's true identity. The band runs away, but Offdensen goes after them. They reconcile, and Dethklok plays the show, using Offdensen's plan to use 3D holograms to play both concerts and avert a war. In the final scenes Offdensen is hinted to have some connection to Selatcia and is revealed to be holding Edgar Jomfru prisoner for his own plans.
