The Fischer's Chameleon (Kinyongia fischeri) is a species of chameleon native to the Nguru and Nguu mountains of Tanzania. A number of other species have been mistakenly called by this species' name or classified as subspecies but recent study has shown that these other species are actually their own distinct, different species. In fact, the true Fischer's Chameleon is known from only 5 male and 3 female specimens.
