Dole Whip and Dole Whip float as served at Disney World
Dole Whip is a soft serve frozen dessert available most notably at Walt Disney World (at Aloha Isle in the Magic Kingdom, and Captain Cook's at the Polynesian Resort) and Disneyland[1], as well as at Dole Plantation in Hawaii[2]. It is also available at Jumpin' Jack's Drive-In in Scotia, NY[3], the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk in Northern California[4], and at many other small locations around the nation, such as Howdy's Dairy Owl in Follansebee, WV.
The dessert is a dry mix reconstituted with water and then frozen before serving[5].
