Robin Ficker (born April 5, 1943) is a politician and lawyer from
Montgomery County, MD . Ficker lives in Boyds, Maryland. Ficker was educated at theUnited States Military Academy , has a JD from theUniversity of Baltimore School of Law, and an M.A. in administration fromAmerican University . A member from 1979-83 of theMaryland House of Delegates , he has made several unsuccessful runs for office since then. He is known for proposing many anti-taxballot initiatives .
