Grantray-Lawrence Animation was an animated cartoon studio active from 1954 to 1967 and founded by Grant Simmons, Ray Patterson (hence "Grant-Ray"), and Robert Lawrence.
This animation company produced numerous low budget television animation productions, often employing Canadian talent, until it went bankrupt in 1967.
Its productions included:

*"Professor Kitzel"
*"Marvel Super Heroes Show"
*"Spider-Man"
The last series has proven by far to be the most durable with its theme song becoming a popular standard that is frequently covered and parodied, including in the 2007 release "The Simpsons Movie".
