nihongo|"Funeral Parade of Roses"|薔薇の葬列|"Bara no Sōretsu" is a 1969 Japanese film directed by Toshio Matsumoto. It is a loose adaptation of the Oedipus Rex story set in the underground gay counterculture of 60s Tokyo. The film was released by ATG (a.k.a. Art Theatre Guild) on September 13, 1969 in Japan, however it didn't receive a US release until October 29 of 1970. "For My Damaged Right Eye" contains some of the same footage and could almost be seen as a trailer, though a true trailer did exist.
