The Kenya national rugby union sevens team compete in the IRB Sevens World Series and Rugby World Cup Sevens.

History

Honours

* Runners up in the Plate Competition at the London Sevens Tournament in 2006. They lost 42-7 in the Final to ru7|ZAF, but beat ru7|AUS 26-7 on their way to the Final.
* Winners of the Plate competition at the 2007 South Africa Sevens, defeating fellow surprise package, the ru7|USA, 15-14 in the final.
*It won the Team of the Year category for men at the 2007 Kenyan Sports Personality of the Year awards [ [http://www.soyaawards.com/winners.html SOYA Awards - 2007 winners] ] .
