Susan Veronica Kramer (born 22 July 1950) is a London businesswoman and Liberal Democrat Member of Parliament for Richmond Park.

Holborn-born, she was educated at St Paul's Girls' School and Oxford University, where she was President of the Oxford Union, and took her MBA at the University of Illinois. She is a former vice-president of Citibank Chicago.

In 2000 she stood as her party's official candidate in the election for Mayor of London against Ken Livingstone and others coming fourth with 11.9% of the vote. In March 2003, she ran again for the party's nomination but was beaten in a three-way race by Simon Hughes MP.

In September 2003 she was selected as the prospective parliamentary candidate (PPC) for the constituency of Richmond Park in South West London in the May 2005 general election when the previous Liberal Democrat MP, Jenny Tonge decided not to stand for re-election. Kramer was subsequently elected as Member of Parliament for the constituency. She was appointed Liberal Democrat Shadow International Development Secretary by new party leader Sir Menzies Campbell in March 2006 and succeeded Ed Davey as Shadow Trade & Industry Secretary nine months later. In 2007 she became the party's Shadow Transport Secretary.

When Nick Clegg was appointed as Lib Dem Leader, Kramer received a demotion to Shadow Minister for the Cabinet Office.
