Ionel Daniel Dănciulescu (born December 6 1976 in Slatina, Olt County, Romania) is a Romanian football player. He currently plays for Dinamo Bucharest as a striker. In his career he also played four and a half years for rivals Steaua Bucureşti. In the second half of the 2004-05 season he was loand in China at Shandong Luneng.

In 2004 he was named Romanian Footballer of the Year, after becoming the top goalscorer in the 2003-2004 season of Divizia A and scoring 2 goals in 5 matches at the national team. As of August 2008 he is the 4th overall goalscorer in the history of the Romanian First Division (with 173 goals) after Dudu Georgescu, Rodion Camataru and Marin Radu. He was top scorer in the 2007-2008 season, scoring 21 goals for Dinamo Bucharest, which he also captained several times that season.
