Victor Koman

Victor Koman, three time winner of the Prometheus Award, is a science fiction and fantasy writer, mainly popular in the libertarian community.

He is the pseudonymous author of the Gloamingerism pamphlets published as afterwords in the 1999 [http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/1584451203/pulplesscom trade paperback] edition of J. Neil Schulman's novel Alongside Night.
