David Martin (humorist)

David J. Martin (born March 23, 1950) is a Canadian humorist and newspaper columnist. His columns have appeared in many major North American newspapers including the New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, the Washington Post, the Globe and Mail and the Chicago Tribune, including at least one about Wikipedia.{http://articles.chicagotribune.com/2006-09-01/news/0609010297_1_wikipedia-satire-david-martin}. He currently has a bi-weekly humor column that appears every other Sunday in his hometown paper The Ottawa Citizen.

David Martin lives in Ottawa, Ontario with his wife and daughter.
