Tatar Encyclopaedia

"Tatar Encyclopaedia", "Tatar Encyclopaedic Glossary" ( _tt. Татар энциклопедия сүзлеге|Tatar Ensiklopediä Süzlege; "ТЭС", "TES") is the first encyclopaedic book published in Tatar language about history of Tatarstan and Tatar people. The encyclopaedia contains nearly 17,000 articles and was published in 2002. Now the publishers are editing the full Russian language version in many volumes.

Encyclopaedia's editor-in-chief is M. X. Xäsänov, and the responsible editor is Gamircan S. Sabircanov.
